1. Services

We provide land surveying, mapping, and planning related services including DGPS, Total Station, UAV/Drone mapping, cadastral/revenue surveys, boundary demarcation, topographical surveys, GIS mapping, engineering & infrastructure surveys, layout planning, NA land conversion support, construction staking/setting-out, hydrographic surveys, asset mapping, and renewable energy survey & planning consultancy.

2. Quotations & Project Confirmation

Quotations are based on the scope, site conditions, timeline, and data availability.
Project confirmation may require written approval and/or advance payment as agreed.
Changes in scope may affect timeline and cost.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project details, documents, and site access as required.
Ensure necessary permissions and NOCs where applicable (including for restricted areas).
Provide updated revenue records/ownership documents for cadastral/revenue work where needed.

4. Deliverables

Deliverables may include survey reports, coordinates, CAD/GIS files, maps, contours, 3D models, and layouts depending on scope. Deliverables are intended for the agreed project use.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be as per quotation/invoice.
Delays in payment may delay deliverables.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling/cancellation may be subject to charges if work is already initiated, field staff mobilized, or drone permissions obtained.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, branding, visuals) is our property unless stated otherwise. Survey deliverables are provided to the client for the agreed project use; redistribution may require written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or copy content without permission.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we aim for high accuracy using advanced technology, results can be affected by site conditions, third-party data, and access limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Survey & Planning will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
